What you will need.
Potatoes: potatoes help to get rid of dark spots in the body, brighten the skin clear up scars.
Cucumber: moisturize the skin, get rid of wrinkles and fine lines, also helps to soften the skin.
Olive oil/almond oil/ coconut oil
Brown sugar: helps to exfoliate the skin, get rid of dead skin cells, unclog the pores, and brighten the skin.
1.Peel the potatoes and grate it
2.Also grate the cucumber
3. Now add 2 table spoons of grated potatoes into a bowl
4. 2 table spoon cucumber into same bowl
5. 3 table spoon brown sugar
6. 3 table spoons of olive oil
You can also add honey if you have, but its optional.
Now mix ingredients very well.
Now to use this, get into your shower, scrub into your skin, use twice a week and you can store in the refrigerator for 7 days.
