Quit Smoking

Smoking increases blood pressure and puts you at a higher risk of heart attack and stroke disease. If you smoke don’t continue, quitting will lower your risk for heart disease. The doctor can recommend some methods you can apply to help you quit.

Limit Amount of alcohol intake

Consumption of too much Alcohol endangers and exposes you to the detriment of high blood pressure, if it wants to have alcohol, you can have the highest 2 cups of alcohol.

Quite a lot of people think to exfoliate your skin, you need to break the bank to get certain products.  Well in this article, I am going to be showing you how to use COFFEE, as our main ingredient and a couple of other great ingredients to exfoliate your skin at home.

  1. Mix together in a mixing bowl in no particular order, mix properly so all ingredients can come together, you will have a brown thick mixture at the end of the mix.
  2. Begin applying gentle on your skin, circulating it appropriately, while scrubbing into all areas of your face and bother.
  3. Leave on skin for about 15-20 minutes before washing of with normal water or Luke warm water.  You can do this once or twice every week, for great results in your overall skin. You can also use any coffee of your choice.

By following some basic steps, can help protect us, reduce risk and also help to protect others from Coronavirus COVID-19
