5 SKIN CARE ROUTINE YOU SHOULD ADOPT FOR A WONDERFUL SKIN THIS SUMMER.
Hey beauties, today we are going to be talking about 5 skin care pamper routine you should adopt at home, for a bright, glow, acne free, wrinkles free and soft skin. I have been doing this routine for some time now, and I must confess the results have been rapid and very good. Plus, a great advantage is that the ingredients are very affordable, easy to find and easy to use, no bad odor, and very tender on the skin.
This home pamper routine is going to,
- Clears and prevent Acne
- Tighten pores
- Fade dark spots
- Help your skin glow
- Get rid of wrinkles, flaky and dry skin.
- Leaves your skin baby soft.

Our first skin care routine is BANANA MASK:
Banana is an antioxidant which helps tighten pores, restore glow to the skin, makes your skin soft and smooth.
You will need
I table spoon of milk- milk fights acne and blemishes
A mixing bowl and spoon
Mix all ingredients together and apply is to a freshly washed and toweled face, leave for about 5 -10 mins then wash off with cool water. Repeat twice in a week.
ALOE VERA GEL CLEANSER:
Aloe Vera also contains antioxidants, enzymes, vitamin A and C, it is also highly anti-inflammatory. It can help treat burn, acne, dry skin and it a great moisturizer.
You will need
¼ raw Aloe Vera, or 1 table spoon of Aloe Vera juice or cleanser
Gently massage the Aloe Vera into your skin, concentrating on areas of imperfection and blemishes, leave for 5- 10mins and wash off with cool water. Repeat step twice weekly.
Oatmeal is a great antioxidant that helps protect and fight skin irritation, skin burn, measles, eczema etc.
You will need 11/2 table spoon of oatmeal
Milk or water to soften it for about 30 secs
Now gently massage it in to your skin or to affected areas of problems. Leave for 5 -10 mins and wash off with Luke warm water. Repeat step at least 3 times a week.
Next up is COFFEE MASK/SCRUB.
Coffee is an anti-bacterial agent which can protect from germs, it is great for exfoliating the skin, scrubbing away dead skin cell, a great skin rejuvenator, which also prevents wrinkles.
You will need
11/2 table spoon of coffee
1 table spoon of Brown sugar or White sugar – sugar is also great exfoliant for the skin
1 table spoon of honey – is naturally antibacterial, so it treats acne and slows aging process, it is also a great moisturizing and soothing agent for skin glow.
1/2 table spoon Turmeric Powder – its an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial agent, it helps reduce skin redness and blemishes, also treat skin disease like eczema and rosecae, reduces the spread of bacteria.
1 table spoon olive oil- olive oil is great for a glowy skin, treats sun damage and prevents aging.
Mix all ingredients and gently scrub your skin, live for 15 mins and then wash off with cool water.
LASTLY MOISTURIZER OIL OR CREAM
You want to moisturize your skin after doing all this treatment, for effectiveness and skin hydration. You can use a moisturizing cream or oil or both especially if you have a dry skin. Gently massage the cream or oil into your skin for about 30 sec – 1min so it sinks in deep.
