The ecole superieure de management university benin (ESM BENIN UNIVERSITY) was established and approved in 2007. It has since inception consistently grown to become one of the best Universities in BENIN REPUBLIC/AFRICA. ESM University Benin is highly respected by the Ministry of Higher Education, Benin Republic, because of its determination and resolve to uphold academic excellence in all departments of its operations.

The mission of Ecole Superieure de Management (ESM University), Universite BENIN as a higher educational institution is to prepare lifelong learners to become innovative problem-solvers and ethical leaders in the fields of communication, business and related areas through excellence in inter-disciplinary teaching, research, and collaboration at the local, regional and global levels. Esm Cotonou Benin Republic (tertiary school of management) also offers service to community, is open to all the people of benin and positioned to attract scholars, industrialists and entrepreneurs from Africa and other international community.

ESM UNIVERSITY COTONOU BENIN REPUBLIC VISION

The Act of establishing the ESM University defines its mandate, which essentially is to provide higher education, undertake research, disseminate knowledge and foster relationships with the outside persons and bodies. The strategic mandate of the ESM University is derived from managerial sciences from its name.
ESM Benin (tertiary school of management) aims to provide companies in the sub-region and the world with fully trained and directly operational executives in the economic fabric.

ESM UNIVERSITY BENIN STRATEGY

Through this mission, ESM Benin envisages to contribute to the reduction of youth unemployment and in particular to the creation of wealth through training in conformity and in force at national and international level. To be globally recognized as the Premier Center of excellence in Africa for teaching in managerial sciences for development; producing high caliber graduates with knowledge and expertise to support the industrial and Socio-economic development of Benin republic and Africa
